Bieber police videos set to be released

MIAMI — Video of Justin Bieber at a South Florida police station after his January arrest is expected to be made public, with some sensitive parts omitted.

Miami-Dade County prosecutors said DVDs of about 10 hours of video will be made public Wednesday afternoon. The video was sought by The Associated Press and other media organizations under Florida’s public records law.

Attorneys for the 19-year-old singer persuaded a judge to review the sensitive sections, including four clips depicting Bieber urinating in a cup for a drug test. The judge will hold another hearing next week after that review.

Bieber has pleaded not guilty to driving under the influence, resisting arrest and invalid-license charges. Police stopped him Jan. 23 after what they said was an illegal street drag race involving exotic cars.
