Prankster journalist sneaks up America Ferrera’s skirt

This serial prankster just can’t help himself, getting up inside a sheer outer layer of actress America Ferrera’s dress Friday at Cannes, leaving her shocked and stunned.

The “Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants” star, 30, looked glamorous while posing in front of a sea of photographers with her “How to Train Your Dragon 2” co-stars when journo Vitalii Sediuk dived onto the red carpet and weaseled his head under her puffy white ball gown.

A freaked-out Ferrera and “Dragon” co-stars Cate Blanchett and Kit Harington looked appalled as ­security guards grabbed him and hauled him away.

Sediuk is notorious for pulling red-carpet pranks on Hollywood A-listers.

In 2012, he tried to kiss Will Smith on the lips but ended up getting slapped and shoved by the actor at the “Men in Black III” premiere.

“My purpose is to entertain and to show a different emotion of celebrities,” Sediuk told Hollywood Reporter.

In 2013, he stormed the stage at the Grammys, resulting in his arrest.

And at the 20th Annual Screen Actors Guild awards in January, Sediuk did it again — this time, wrapping his arms around Bradley Cooper’s legs and face-planting in his crotch.
