Amber Rose could get more than $1M with prenup

Thanks to their prenup, Amber Rose could receive a major payout from Wiz Khalifa.

Rose, 30, who filed for divorce on Wednesday after one year of marriage, is eligible to receive more than a million dollars.

TMZ reports that Rose made several demands in the prenup, which is reportedly at least eight pages long.

But Rose is seeking spousal support and the agreement specifically denies her that right in lieu of the payout.

California is a “no fault” state — which means a divorce can be granted without proving wrongdoing by either party.

On Thursday, Rose took to Twitter to address rumors that she and Khalifa, 27, cheated on each other. “Please stop with the fake stories,” she tweeted. “I would never ever cheat on my husband in a million years I think u guys know this… Unfortunately, my now ex husband can’t say the same.”
