Divorce drama: Wiz Khalifa seeks joint custody

Wiz Khalifa isn’t giving up custody of 1-year-old son Sebastian without a fight.

The rapper is seeking joint custody of his child with Amber Rose, challenging her petition for full legal and physical custody, TMZ reports.

The law is on Khalifa’s side here: In California, asking for sole custody is “often a sign of vengeance,” since there’s a presumption of joint custody in the state, according to TMZ.

There’s certainly vengeance here. On Thursday, the model accused her ex of cheating — and shot down rumors that she was unfaithful to him, tweeting: “I would never ever cheat on my husband in a million years I think you guys know this…..Unfortunately my now ex husband can’t say the same.”

Rose, 30, filed for divorce this week after a year of marriage to Khalifa, 27, citing irreconcilable differences.

Because of a prenup she reportedly demanded, Rose could receive more than a million dollars.
