Jennifer Lopez to sign Las Vegas residency deal

Jennifer Lopez is about to ink a two-year, $26.3 million residency deal in Las Vegas, sharing a showroom with Britney Spears, according to a report posted Wednesday.

Lopez would make $350,000 a show, playing at The Axis inside Planet Hollywood, TMZ reported, citing a draft contract J-Lo is close to signing.

Spears also plays at The Axis, making about $310,000 a show, the celebrity gossip Web site reported.

J-Lo would reportedly do three shows a week, over the course of 24 separate weeks, spread over one to two years. Although $350,000 a pop for 72 shows would equal about $25.2 million, TMZ said the final deal would pay Lopez about $26.3 million.

Spears is in the midst of a two-year, 96-show contract at The Axis that’ll pay her $29.7 million.
