Second baby on the way for Jaime King

Jaime King and husband Kyle Newman are expecting their second child.

The “Hart of Dixie” star, who has been open about fertility struggles in the past, announced the news via Instagram on Thursday, posting a photo of her 1-year-old son, James, with a piece of paper in front of him that says, “I’m gonna be a big brother! Who da boss now. I’m so excited!!!!!”

King, 35, captioned the pic, “So excited to announce THE SEQUEL Coming later this year!! … #BabyTown2 – Created by @kyle_newman and @jaime_king. Also starring #JamesKnight”

The actress revealed last year that she suffered five miscarriages and went through five rounds of in vitro fertilization before she and Newman, 38, conceived James.

Last May, she told ABC News that James “was a long time in the making and I feel like the universe put a little extra magic dust in him.”

The couple wed in 2007.
