Khloé Kardashian has lost 35 pounds
Khloé Kardashian’s fitness obsession has paid off in a big way.
The reality star says she has dropped 35 pounds, revealing the impressive weight-loss figure during a recent chat with Australian radio hosts Fitzy & Wippa.
No matter where she is around the world, this Kardashian sister makes time for a workout.
“It wasn’t that intense here because I’m still jet-lagged, but I make sure I go,” the 31-year-old said of a recent sweat session. “Even 30 minutes you feel, ‘OK, I feel good about myself.’ Then if you want to eat something or whatever, then you don’t feel as bad.”
When she’s not bouncing from city to city, Kardashian partakes in intense workouts with celebrity trainer Gunnar Peterson, outfitted in styles from her massive fitness closet.
“… When I’m in L.A., I go hard, and I’ve lost, like, 35 pounds,” she added.
This past winter, Kardashian let fans in on her inspiration for shedding weight.
“Looking back at pictures of myself I didn’t realize at the time how unhealthy my lifestyle actually was,” she said in a February before-and-after Instagram post. “People love to call me the fat one but as weird as it sounds I still don’t think I would consider myself fat back then. Definitely overweight and unhealthy, yes. About two years ago I decided to turn to fitness as a form of therapy and as a stress reliever.”
