Mariah Carey and billionaire boyfriend make red carpet debut

Mariah Carey and James Packer are still going strong.

After jet-setting around the globe over the summer, the pair made their red carpet debut at the New York premiere of “The Intern” on Monday night.

Rocking a maroon sheath with a leather moto jacket, Carey, 45, couldn’t hide her smile as she and Packer, 48, strolled the carpet together. And unlike some megastars, the couple of roughly six months kept the PDA to a minimum as the Australian businessman let the pop star soak up the spotlight as he idled by.

Packer initially courted Carey back in April, as he trekked to the Big Apple to visit her before she began her Las Vegas residency in May. Ever the romantic, the media mogul reportedly shelled out thousands of dollars to fill her suite at the Peninsula Hotel in Paris with flowers weeks later.
