Tragic former NBA star-turned-reality star Lamar Odom had “virtually every drug imaginable” in his system — and track marks on one arm — when he overdosed at the Las Vegas-area Love Ranch brothel, according to reports.

The ex-LA Lakers star remains unconscious and on a ventilator at Sunrise Hospital in Las Vegas after his five-day sex-and-drug binge at the brothel, according to E!, which is citing a source inside the hospital.

Doctors there believe he suffered an ischemic stroke, which is caused by a drug-induced blood clot blocking blood flow to the brain, according to E!

“So, likely there’s brain damage, but they’re not sure how much,” the source told the website.

“He was doing crack cocaine all weekend and he choked on his mucous,” the source added. “They’re now having to fix all the damage it has done.”

Meanwhile, estranged wife Khloé Kardashian and mother-in-law Kris Jenner have rushed to the hospital.

The Rev. Jesse Jackson also paid a brief visit Wednesday.

Sources told TMZ that fluid in Odom’s lungs may have been the result of crack cocaine use.

News of the hard drugs compounds previous reports that Odom had an open bottle of cognac at his side and had been taking herbal Viagra when two sex workers reported he was unconscious on Tuesday.

He had been partying since Friday at the ranch, which is owned by Dennis Hof, who had his own reality show, “Cathouse,” on HBO.

Hof confirmed to Page Six that the two prostitutes who reported Odom was unconscious are Monica Monroe, who poses for the Love Ranch website in a dirty maid’s outfit, and Ryder Cherry, who boasts in her profile that she is “a cute, loveable, bubbly and super-warm girl who just loves ….. sex!”
