Khloé and Lamar call off divorce

Lamar Odom and Khloé Kardashian called off their divorce on Wednesday.

The pair had signed divorce papers to end their union all the way back in December 2013, but the split was never finalized.

Kardashian’s side went to an Los Angeles courthouse on Wednesday and filed with the clerk a petition to withdraw the case, a court spokeswoman said.

A judge doesn’t need to approve the “request for dismissal” and the case will be summarily ended.

Kardashian’s high-powered family-law attorney Laura Wasser got signed statements from both sides asking for the split to be cast aside, according to TMZ.

Odom reportedly signed his papers from an LA hospital bed, where he’s still recovering from a booze, drug and hooker binge at a Nevada brothel last week.

He was found unconscious a week ago Tuesday before he was finally transported to LA this week.

Wasser could not be immediately reached for comment and Kardashian’s rep declined to discuss the matter.
