Mariah Carey and her billionaire boyfriend James Packer treated her kids to treats at Serendipity 3 on Tuesday, where spies said they dined on chicken char char and “Frrrozen” hot chocolate.

We’re told Carey looked sexy in a little black dress and peep-toe heels, as one does at a sundae parlor.

The music diva, who makes no secret that the holiday season is her favorite, admired the spot’s festive décor. She’s prepping for her Christmas shows at the Beacon next month.
