LuAnn de Lesseps announced loudly over dinner at the Palm Beach Grill last weekend with her current flame, businessman Thomas D’Agostino Jr.: “I’m going to marry this man!”

One diner said, “Congratulations,” but others noticed de Lesseps had no ring — yet.

A pal told us of the “Real Housewife” and her boyfriend, “They’ve been looking for rings, even though they are not officially engaged. But marriage is in the picture for sure.”

And, “Tom wants to get the perfect ring.”
