Lea Michele and Matthew Paetz have broken up

Lea Michele is once again single.

The “Scream Queens” actress and Matthew Paetz have called it quits after dating for almost two years, a source confirmed to Page Six.

Less than two months ago Michele said that Paetz would have loved her former boyfriend Cory Monteith, who died tragically of a combination heroin and alcohol overdose in 2013.

Paetz, 30, was Michele’s first boyfriend after her tragic loss.

“He is very respectful for the person that I was with. And that again is something I love so much about him and I really know that Cory would love him too,” Michele, 29, explained on the Fempire Podcast in January.

Sources revealed to People Magazine that the “Glee” beauty is turning to a closer circle of friends for support during the split from Paetz.

“Lea is surrounded by her friends, who have rallied around her and support her,” a source told the magazine. “She’s doing fine, focusing on her working, her music and her album.”

The couple first met on the set of her “On My Way” music video in April 2014.
