Khloé is an emotional wreck over Lamar’s drinking

Even a near-death experience can’t keep Lamar Odom away from the bottle.

Nearly six months after he was found unconscious from a drug overdose, Odom’s drinking has escalated to the point where estranged wife Khloé Kardashian had to cancel a taping of her talk show, “Kocktails with Khloé,” because she was too stressed to do it, TMZ reports.

The gossip site claims that though she blamed her no-show on the flu, Kardashian has become an emotional wreck over Odom’s drinking.

The report comes just days after TMZ learned that Kardashian was desperately trying to convince Odom to seek treatment for his addiction. The reality TV star, who has rarely left his side since his October overdose, fears that drinking will lead to another drug relapse — not to mention further damage his already fragile kidneys.

A source close to the family recently revealed to People that “Khloé is very worried about Lamar and his behavior, but Lamar refuses to listen to her. He actually said to her, ‘Nothing will happen to me. Look how I survived the last time.'”

The insider also reveals that Odom is financially dependent on Kardashian, and that she even foots the bill for his $3 million Calabasas pad and his nearly three-month hospital stay.

Kardashian has suggested an outpatient program, while his own family members have tried to convince him to seek help by reminding him that several close relatives, including his own father, have also battled addiction issues.
