Steam room won’t harm ‘endowed’ Usher
If Usher was looking to get lucky after a sauna session, he and his privates certainly came to the right place.
“Steam or heated environments [relax] the walls of blood vessels and allows more blood flow to the penis. More blood in the penis can mean better erections and better arousal,” Dr. Alex Shteynshlyuger, the director of urology at New York Urology Specialists, who does not treat Usher, told Page Six.
Usher, 38, shocked the social sphere Thursday after posting a NSFW photo on Snapchat, in which he exposed himself in a steamy setting. And while Shteynshlyuger also indicated that the R&B crooner is on the “more endowed side of life,” it’s advised that he limit his time in steam rooms should he and wife Grace Miguel look to procreate.
“The steam room is fairly safe for penis health as long as Usher stays hydrated,” Shteynshlyuger shared. “Frequent exposure to heat, such as a steam room or a sauna, can affect sperm development and lead to reversible infertility.
“It he is trying to have more baby Ushers soon, I would advise to lay off frequently visiting steam rooms and other hot environments. It takes at least three months to reverse the effects of heat on sperm health,” he added.
As for Usher’s overall sex life, Shteynshlyuger noted that size does matter, as does his wife’s satisfaction.
“The quality of erections and endurance play a greater role in female partner satisfaction,” he said. “As long as he does not suffer from erectile dysfunction or premature ejaculation, he should be able to perform well.”
