Kanye wears ripped jeans to the Met Gala

Leave it to Kanye West to wear ripped jeans on fashion’s biggest night.

They were designer denim at least — he and wife Kim Kardashian both wore Balmain to Monday’s ball.

West topped off his distressed bottoms with a blinding silver jacket, which coordinated with Kardashian’s metallic gown, and a creepy pair of blue contacts, a look we’ve seen him in before.

In February, Dr. Mitchell Cassel at Studio Optix told Page Six the blue contacts West had been wearing were hand-painted.

Meanwhile, at Monday’s Manus x Machina: Fashion in an Age of Technology-themed gala, two other Kardashian-Jenner couples were also in Balmain: Kris Jenner and boyfriend Corey Gamble and Kylie Jenner and boyfriend Tyga.
