A-Rod mingles with his girlfriend’s ex-husband

Welcome to modern romance in a tech world: Alex Rodriguez and his new girlfriend, entrepreneur Anne Wojcicki, arrived at the Met Gala in the same car as her ex-husband, Google co-founder Sergey Brin, and his girlfriend, Nicole Shanahan.

Our source said, “Alex and Anne arrived with Sergey and Nicole but were sure to be photographed separately. They all hung out, then they left together. They are all good friends.”

Brin and 23andMe founder Wojcicki divorced in 2015 after eight years of marriage. They have two children, but in 2013, the pair separated, and Brin reportedly had a relationship with another woman at Google, Amanda Rosenberg, which was said to have “blindsided” Wojcicki. But sources tell Page Six that everything is very friendly between Brin and Wojcicki, who’s been dating A-Rod for a few months.

Brin has been dating Shanahan, the founder and CEO of patent technology company ClearAccesIP, for at least a year.

She told Humans of New York website creator Brandon Stanton of Brin, “He lets me pick food out of his teeth.”
