How is Ciara’s Billboard Awards dress even staying up?

Britney Spears may have forgone pants, but Ciara still stole the red carpet at Sunday’s Billboard Music Awards.

The 30-year-old singer, who’s also serving as the night’s co-host with Ludacris, showed up to the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas clad in a dazzling silver chain gown by Philipp Plein that showed off both her legs and plenty of side-boob.

Accompanying Ciara was fiancé Russell Wilson, who topped charcoal slacks and a matching tee with a black velour tuxedo jacket.

This is just the latest example of the “Body Party” singer killing it on a red carpet in 2016. In February she wore a jaw-dropping dress that barely covered her assets.
