A James Bond-style entrance at Jill Zarin’s Hamptons bash

Jill Zarin’s annual summer fête introduced a pleasing measure of insanity to the calm of the Hamptons weekend on Saturday.

We’re told world famous drag racer Joe Amato helicoptered in and landed across the water from former “Real Housewife of New York” star Zarin’s Southampton mansion, whereupon an amphibious vehicle, described by a partygoer as “a military tank that can float,” was dispatched to drive into the water to pick him up.

Our impressed source said the vessel “landed on the beach,” right in front of the raging party, James Bond-style.

Also at the bash, Jonathan Cheban, DuJour’s Jason Binn, Trump Organization senior vice president Rhona Graff and a gaggle of “Real Housewives.”

The bash was sponsored by Nervana headphones and Zarin’s own store, Zarin Fabrics, had it’s own poolside lounge.
