Nick Cannon ‘cool about’ being on Mariah Carey’s reality show
Mariah Carey‘s upcoming reality series, “Mariah’s World,” may have some cameos from her estranged husband, Nick Cannon.
“I can’t speak for what he thinks because he’s his own guy, and we are not together anymore, but he’s cool about being on the show and coming around with the kids and very supportive,” Carey, 46, told E! News on Wednesday at a Champagne and chocolate-filled TCA press conference.
Carey said her twins, Moroccan and Monroe Cannon, 5, may also make appearances, but not too often.
“They can have their own show because that’s how funny they are,” Carey said. “It’s not because they’re my kids. But I just have to figure out mutually with Nick how much we really want them in the show. They’re an integral part of my life — it’s the kids and it’s the show. I think it should be sparingly used unfortunately, but they should have their own show. If I was an agent and discovered them, I’d be like, ‘These kids need to be on TV.'”
Still, that doesn’t mean Cannon, 35, will definitely show up onscreen. “I said he came around,” Carey said. “I don’t what’s going to make final cut! I’m sorry, was that rude?”
