J.Lo takes a night off from Drake ‘romance’
Jennifer Lopez took a break from promoting her “relationship” with Drake to celebrate her new NBC show “World of Dance” at Catch LA on Wednesday night.
The 47-year-old singer was spotted chowing down on chicken lettuce cups and grilled octopus with co-stars Ne-Yo, Derek Hough and Jenna Dewan Tatum, plus longtime manager Benny Medina.
“They were all dressed to impress and looked amazing, in great spirits and seen joking throughout dinner,” a spy told us, adding that her rumored beau was not a topic of conversation this time around.
During the meal, Lopez snapped a selfie announcing that Tatum would be joining the show as host.
Drake and Lopez sparked dating rumors last month after posting a cozy photo together on Instagram. However, insiders claim their “romance” is all for show.
“This relationship is fake, it is just a publicity stunt to publicize their record together,” a source recently told Page Six. “If Jennifer and Drake were really dating, they’d be way more private about it.”
The couple spent New Year’s Eve together in Las Vegas after Lopez bailed on a gig in Miami at the last minute.
