Burglars steal $150K in belongings from Emmy Rossum

Emmy Rossum is the latest celebrity to be targeted by Hollywood burglars.

The “Shameless” actress’ home was broken into sometime between Wednesday and Friday of last week and some very pricey baubles were taken, Page Six has confirmed.

Law enforcement officials told us that $150,000 worth of jewelry and other items were stolen, and that the commercial crimes division is currently investigating the incident.

According to TMZ, Rossum, 30, was in New York when the burglars made their way into her LA home. A housekeeper who stopped by on Friday found the power off and a glass pane on the back door broken, the gossip site reported.

Although TMZ claimed that the combinations to two safes were left out in the open — leading to an easy opportunity to steal the jewels and other items — a source tells Page Six that was not the case.

“Whoever did this searched for the combinations,” the source said, adding that the codes were “not anywhere near” the safes.

Earlier in March, jewelry was stolen from Jaime Pressly’s home as well as Kendall Jenner‘s house, where burglars reportedly took $200,000 in sparklers.
