Jon and Kate Gosselin still fighting over custody agreement

Police were called to break up a custody fight between Jon and Kate Gosselin on Tuesday.

The parents of eight got into a tiff at a Wyomissing, Pa., orthodontist office over which parent would take home one of their young daughters, according to TMZ.

Jon, 40, and Kate, 42, bickered over the custody agreement, which has been in place for seven years now.

The local police department told Entertainment Tonight, “The call came in at 1:10 this afternoon for a verbal domestic argument … over the custody of one of their 13-year-old daughters. No one was arrested and the daughter did go home with the father after she expressed that was her desire to do.”

The former couple divorced in 2009 after 10 years of marriage.

Jon declined to comment, while a rep for Kate did not return our request for comment.
