Kevin Hart called for celebrities to take more action in the devastating aftermath of Hurricane Harvey.

The comedian, 38, filmed an emotional video on Instagram asking specific A-listers, including Dwayne Johnson and Beyoncé, to donate $25,000 to disaster relief.

“I think we participated in a lot of challenges on the internet, some meaningful, some meaningless, but we’ve all done them,” Hart said in the video. “At this point I’m going to start a real challenge. I’m challenging a lot of my celebrity friends to follow my lead and donate $25,000 to Hurricane Harvey, to the Red Cross.”

He continued, “At this point, it’s a serious matter. I think the people are in bad shape and they need help. I’m going to lead the charge and step up in this way.”

Hart also named Jay-Z, Dave Chappelle and Justin Timberlake.

“I think when you do it, you should tag someone else,” Hart instructed. “Prayers go out to Houston.”

Houston Mayor Sylvester Turner thanked Hart and others for their generosity. “@McClain_on_NFL @KevinHart4real @Chron_MattYoung Houston appreciates your generous spirit. st,” he tweeted.
