Haters gonna hate — and try to take it to court.

Taylor Swift is facing a legal shakedown over “Shake It Off.”

Songwriters Sean Hall and Nathan Butler are suing Swift, 27, for royalties from her massive 2014 hit, alleging that the track lifts heavily from the 3LW  song “Playas Gon’ Play,” released in 2001, TMZ reported.

The songwriting duo, who have also worked with the likes of Justin Bieber, Maroon 5 and the Backstreet Boys, claims that 20 percent of “Shake It Off” is their work and that they’re entitled to as much of the song’s enormous profits.

Attorneys for Hall and Butler didn’t immediately return a request for comment, but Swift’s rep was quick to shut their claims down.

“This is a ridiculous claim and nothing more than a money grab,” Swift’s rep told Page Six. “The law is simple and clear. They do not have a case.”
