Amy Schumer has a new man in her life
Amy Schumer has moved from furniture to food.
The 36-year-old comedian, who previously dated furniture designer Ben Hanisch, is now seeing chef Chris Fischer, according to Us Weekly. The two were photographed eating dinner at a New York City restaurant last Tuesday, and Page Six has confirmed that Schumer dined at Cafe Altro Paradiso that evening.
Fischer used to work as a sous chef at Mario Batali’s Babbo, but has since moved back to his native Martha’s Vineyard to run his family’s Beetlebung Farm. He’s also the author of “Beetlebung Farm Cookbook.”
Schumer and Hanisch split up in May after nearly a year-and-a-half together. At the time, Hanisch’s brother Tim exclusively told Page Six that Ben was healing after heartbreak.
“He’s doing fine. He’s all right,” Tim told us. “Everybody’s friendly. They’re good.”
Schumer’s rep didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment on the rumored new romance.
