The soon-to-be mother of three posted a sexy snapshot of herself Friday morning lying on a bed in nothing but a white thong while holding her breasts.

“Rise & Grind,” the 37-year-old captioned the photo on social media.

She tagged photographer Eli Russell Linnetz, who presumably took the scantily clad pic.

Kardashian recently came under fire on social media when it looked like she was out partying on New Year’s Eve while her son, Saint, was in the hospital being treated for pneumonia.

“I did not leave my son for one minute during his hospital stay,” she tweeted at the naysayers. “We were there Wednesday night to Saturday. NYE WAS SUNDAY NIGHT. People came over when he was already asleep for the night! Don’t even try me when it comes to my kids.”

Kardashian is gearing up to welcome baby No. 3 via surrogate.
