It appears the newest member of the Kardashian-West clan won’t be named after a certain French fashion house.

Days after causing Internet chaos by posting a Louis Vuitton photo, Kim Kardashian — who welcomed her third child with Kanye West via surrogate on Monday — dismissed rumors the fashionable couple would name their newborn after Louis Vuitton.

“NOPE!” Kardashian, 37, tweeted Thursday afternoon. “It was Kim Jones last show and wanted to snap a LV pic. How amazing do Naomi [Campbell] & Kate [Moss] look?!”

On Wednesday, Kardashian posted a close-up shot of Louis Vuitton’s iconic monogram. Fans immediately deduced the reality star was offering a clue about her baby girl’s moniker.

“Her daughter’s name could be Elvie or Elle Vee West (El West),” one user commented.

“Louis Vuitton West,” guessed another.

Kardashian confirmed Friday she and West had settled on Chicago for their newborn child.

Earlier this week, Kardashian opened up about what it was like to use a surrogate this time around, having gone through difficult pregnancies with daughter North, now 4, and son Saint, now 2.

“Having a gestational carrier is definitely different, but anyone who says or thinks it’s the easy way out is completely wrong,” Kardashian said (via People).

“I’m so grateful for modern technology and that this is even possible,” she added. “It’s not for everyone, but I absolutely love my gestational carrier and this was the best experience I’ve ever had. Our gestational carrier gave us the greatest gift one could give.”
