‘GoT’ has disrupted Sophie Turner’s wedding planning

Sophie Turner won’t start planning her wedding to Joe Jonas until filming for the eighth and final season of “Game of Thrones” is finished.

When asked if Turner had started planning yet, her best friend and co-star Maisie Williams told Radio Times, “We’re waiting until the season is done until we get into any of that, but I think she’s already letting her little heart wander and imagine.”

Despite there not being any solid plans yet, Williams did admit that she’s already secured a bridesmaid position.

“It’s very, very exciting,” she said, adding, “It’s kind of bizarre, though!”

Turner, 21, and Jonas, 28, announced their engagement in October 2017.

“I said yes,” Turner captioned a photo their hands and her giant diamond ring.

In November, the couple celebrated their impending nuptials in New York with friends and family, including Nick and Kevin Jonas, Ashley Graham and Ansel Elgort.

No word yet on which Jonas brother, if any, will be Joe’s best man, but the groom-to-be has plenty of time to figure that out considering the final season of “Game of Thrones” won’t air until 2019.
