Kim slams comparisons to ‘Get Out’

Kim Kardashian has taken aim at “f–king dumb” claims her family is holding Kanye West hostage.

Ever since the movie “Get Out” was released last year, fans of the reality star have compared Kanye to Daniel Kaluuya‘s character, Chris Washington.

In the film, the character discovers that his white girlfriend’s parents have been hypnotizing black people by sending their consciousness to the “sunken place.”

Chris then finds himself being held captive by his prospective in-laws.

Fans jokingly claimed Kim and her momager, Kris Jenner, could be behind a similar scheme, but the reality star has set the record straight in a new video for Elle magazine.

She said, “Another dumb Kanye f–king ‘Get Out’ reference … It’s like people are so f–king dumb and stupid.”

Fans had previously taken to Twitter to claim Kanye was being held against his will.

One person wrote: “Kanye West is officially in a sunken place. #FreeKanye.”

Another quipped: “I love the Old Kanye, never giving up. He’ll get out of the sunken place, as the story goes.”

A third chimed in: “If only Kanye wasn’t in the sunken place we could get a Watch The Throne 2 smh.”

Kim also spoke out on claims Kanye has influence over her fashion choices.

She admits this is the case — and he once tried to stop her from wearing “huge” sunglasses.

She added: “Kanye sent me an email to not wear huge sunglasses anymore and what he does is he’ll just send me amazing mood boards and great references of smaller glasses.”
