J-Rod buys $15M love nest

Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez have bought a $15 million apartment together in Manhattan’s 432 Park Avenue, the tallest residential building in the Western Hemisphere.

The couple paid $15.3 million, including closing costs, for the 4,000-square-foot pad, which has three bedrooms, baths, a powder room, library and a private elevator. It had been on the market for $18.5 million.

According to the listing, the apartment they bought is half a floor of the 96-floor building, which offers Central Park and open city views. There are separate his and hers bathrooms, and the corner master bedroom suite includes spacious closets and a separate dressing area.

The building, which overlooks Central Park, is the second-tallest in New York, behind One World Trade Center and ahead of the Empire State Building. It was developed by Harry Macklowe and CIM group and includes 104 condominium apartments.

Other residents include Saudi billionaire property developer Fawaz Alhokair, who reportedly bought a six-bedroom, seven-bath penthouse for $95 million in 2015.

We’re told the building appealed to J-Rod because it boasts celebrity-style amenities including private parking, a private chef and dining room for residents that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, a state-of-the-art gym with yoga and Pilates studios, sauna and steam room, plus a boardroom, a cinema and private elevators.

J-Rod — who Page Six exclusively revealed last year had begun apartment hunting together — brought the apartment through an LLC, sources told Page Six. Lopez had put her stunning NoMad duplex penthouse on the market for $27 million last October.

A rep for Rodriguez declined to comment.

Adam Modlin, who also has the listing for Lopez’s penthouse, represented the couple in the purchase.
