Rihanna’s Coachella Uggs cost over $1K
Rihanna didn’t perform at Coachella this year, but that didn’t stop the singer from putting on a show. For the first day of the music festival, Rihanna wore a custom all-white outfit by Chrome Hearts featuring plenty of silver buckles and snaps — plus a slick of bright blue eyeshadow.
But her day two look was, in her words, “extra af.” Before taking in Beyoncé’s show-stopping performance from the best seat in the house, she suited up in a full look from Y/Project‘s fall 2018 collection — complete with thigh-high, stiletto-heeled UGG boots from the label’s collaboration with the boot brand. The cost for her slouchy sheepskin footwear? A cool $1,380 — although, according to Y/Project creative director Glenn Martens in a press release, wearing them feels like “[immersing] your full legs … in a warm pot of butter.”
Her four-figure UGG boots almost top the crystallized Gucci body stocking she wore last year.
