Mac Miller arrested for DUI
Mac Miller is behind bars after a hit-and-run accident in the San Fernando Valley area of Los Angeles in the early morning hours of Thursday morning.
Police tell Page Six the 26-year-old rapper, known for his hits “Dang” and “Fight the Feeling,” was driving while intoxicated at 12:50 a.m. when he struck a curb and collided with an electrical pole.
Miller and two passengers then fled on foot, we’re told.
Miller, whose real name is Malcolm James McCormick, was arrested for DUI at his home an hour later.
He was officially booked at 3:45 a.m.
Ariana Grande’s ex-boyfriend was held behind bars on $15,000 bail and was officially released just before 9:30 a.m.
Miller is set to appear in Van Nuys Municipal Court on June 7.
A request for comment wasn’t immediately returned.
