Meghan Markle’s mom wears Oscar de la Renta to royal wedding

Meghan Markle‘s mother, Doria Ragland, arrived at Saturday’s royal wedding wearing custom Oscar de la Renta.

Her Wedgewood green wool crepe dress and coat features ivory floral hand embroidery that matched her white Stephen Jones hat. Ragland added a pair of heels by Aquazzura, the same shoe brand Markle chose for her engagement announcement photos with Prince Harry, along with an Oscar de la Renta clutch.

The final accessory? A tiny diamond nose stud.

“We are so honored that Ms. Ragland chose Oscar de la Renta for such an important and momentous occasion,” Oscar de la Renta co-creative directors Fernando Garcia and Laura Kim said in a statement. “When we first met Doria, she fell in love with this exquisite and soft color, which we further added Wedgewood inspired embellishments to.”

Ragland’s not the only member of the family who chose green for the royal wedding: Queen Elizabeth II showed up at St. George’s Chapel wearing a bright lime look by her favorite designer, Stuart Parvin.
