Mac Miller’s blood alcohol content almost twice legal limit in DUI crash
Mac Miller’s car wreck that lead to a DUI last week was due to his excessive drinking.
The rapper, who recently split from Ariana Grande, blew twice the legal limit in a breathalyzer test, reports TMZ.
His blood-alcohol-content level was .15. California’s legal limit is .08.
As Page Six previously reported, Miller crashed his truck into an electrical pole in the San Fernando Valley of Los Angeles in the early hours of Thursday morning.
The 26-year-old and two friends fled on foot and were retrieved from his home an hour later.
We’re told that Miller, whose real name is Malcolm James McCormick, was held behind bars for several hours before making his $15,000 bail.
He’s set to appear in court on June 7.
A request for comment from Miller’s team wasn’t immediately returned.
