Cazzie David reacts to Pete Davidson engagement news
Cazzie David would like a glass of wine … or five.
The writer, who recently got out of a 2-year-long relationship with Pete Davidson, took to Instagram to share what seemed to be her response to the news that her ex-boyfriend and Ariana Grande are engaged after only a few weeks of dating.
“Came here a person, leaving a human bottle of wine,” David captioned a selfie of herself holding a tall glass of red wine.
Page Six confirmed on Monday that the fast-moving couple made plans to tie the knot after a whirlwind romance that has included Grande-inspired tattoos and plenty of PDA.
When Grande and Davidson first went public with their romance — which began almost immediately after they broke up with their previous partners — David shaded the relationship.
“Been in Africa, what’d I miss??” she wrote on social media at the time.
