Pete Davidson covers up Cazzie David tattoo
Pete Davidson apparently had to erase ex-girlfriend Cazzie David before he could propose to Ariana Grande.
The “Saturday Night Live” star previously had David’s face inked on his right forearm, but had tattoo artist Jon Mesa cover it up with trees on May 17, Mesa said. Mesa shared a before-and-after photo on his Instagram page that showed off the pre- and post-David ink.
“Did this crazy coverup last night on my boy @petedavidson ESSKEETIT!!!” Mesa captioned the photo.
Mesa is not the tattoo artist behind both of Davidson’s new Grande-inspired tattoos; London Reese is responsible for the black bunny ear mask ink behind Davidson’s left ear, as well as the “AG” initials on the comic’s right thumb.
News broke of Grande and Davidson’s engagement on Monday. Cazzie, the daughter of Larry David, took to Instagram to react to the news, sharing a photo of herself with a large glass of red wine.
“Came here a person, leaving a human bottle of wine,” she wrote.
