Meghan Markle’s sister compares her to Donald Trump

Meghan Markle‘s charming sister, Samantha, has taken to comparing the Duchess of Sussex to Donald Trump.

“People need to stop being so blinded by glare of celebrity status and wealth,” Samantha, 53, tweeted from her private account (via Express). “Trump said he could shoot someone and not lose votes. The same mentality applies to my sister. People believe anything and still follow in an ant line.”

She added, “She owes my father a lot of love and respect. No one wants to spoil her marriage and marriage is not at issue. What is at issue is the kind treatment of our dad.”

Meghan has been estranged from Samantha and their father, Thomas Markle, since before her royal wedding to Prince Harry because of their shared habit of talking to the media about her.

It doesn’t look like they’ll reconcile anytime soon, because Samantha expounded on her distaste for the 37-year-old former “Suits” star with a disparaging new nickname.

“I am not candy coating anything anymore! The DUCHASS should be humane to our father who has given her everything … and this media crap can stop! He was the one who was always there for her. Fake waves and smiles can stop. The duchASS can bow to the daddy,” she wrote.

“He only talk [sic] to the media because she was ignoring him for a long time and being snobby,” she added. “He has the right to speak and if she doesn’t like it it’s just too f–king bad. She needs to wake up and be a kind person.”

Thomas, 73, previously said he hasn’t spoken to Meghan since he backed out of walking her down the aisle, which he claimed was due to a heart attack.

The cancellation came after he was busted for arranging a photoshoot with paparazzi, something he later said Prince Harry had warned him against doing (and something he claimed he did at the behest of Samantha).

For her part, Samantha, who admitted to selling out her famous sister, doesn’t seem to plan on stopping her rants anytime soon. She replied to a follower this week, “Imagine if your dad busted his back his whole life for your sister and then she took a crap on him and ignored him! She has always been his priority and she owes him up and respect!”

“Would you allow someone in your family to continually be disrespected and hurt as my dad is and say nothing? I doubt it,” she continued. “After she gives my dad the love and respect he deserves she can skip on her merry way and no one will say anything.”
