Mac Miller’s death: Cops to focus on party the night before

There’s been a turn in the investigation into Mac Miller‘s death.

Police are now focusing on the party that took place at Miller’s home the night before he died, TMZ reported. The 26-year-old rapper, who died last Friday of an apparent overdose, died hours before his body was discovered in a bedroom and 911 was called. When paramedics arrived, it was clear he had passed away long before their examination.

According to TMZ, only a small amount of white powder was found in Miller’s house, leading authorities to believe it was swept clean before police arrived.

A coroner has completed the autopsy but the cause of death won’t be revealed until the toxicology results return.
