Kardashian trust buys $12M Coachella-area mansion

The Kardashians are coming to Coachella.

A trust for the reality-TV family has just purchased a $12 million, seven-bedroom property in La Quinta’s Madison Club, according to California’s Desert Sun newspaper.

The 11,000-square-foot home is right by the annual star-studded Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, where Kylie Jenner first met her partner, rapper Travis Scott.

Developed by Discovery Land Co. — the firm of Casamigos tequila partner Mike Meldman — the exclusive Madison Club’s high-end residents already include music mogul Irving Azoff, Nike chairman Phil Knight and pro golfer Phil Mickelson.

Sylvester Stallone has also been an owner. It’s unclear which member of the Kardashian family bought the manse — though the trust that made the purchase reportedly is linked to matriarch Kris Jenner.

“It lies just across the street from where the annual Coachella festival is,” said a source, who joked of the Kardashian invasion: “There goes the neighborhood,” adding that some high-end residents “are losing their minds.”

Reps for Kim Kardashian and Kanye West (who said this week he’s moving to Chicago) denied they’re the buyers.

A rep for Kris, as well as Meldman, didn’t get back to us.

Rapper Drake, meanwhile, stayed at the Madison Club during Coachella in 2017, and slammed the property in a since-deleted Instagram post: “The most offensive place I have ever stayed at in my life with staff who pick and choose who they are going to accommodate based on racial profiling.”

The property reportedly apologized and said it doesn’t tolerate discrimination.
