Ariana Grande tweets about ‘tough month’ after Mac Miller’s death
Ariana Grande worried her Arianators on Thursday after she posted a series of concerning tweets that shed light on her emotional state in the wake of ex-boyfriend Mac Miller’s death.
The “Sweetener” singer, 25, has since deleted some of her tweets, but a few remain that indicated that she’s going through a hard time. In one tweet, Grande retweeted her comment, “everything will be okay,” but this time added, “j f–king k.”
In another, Grande tweeted, “can i pls have one okay day. just one. pls.”
Exhausted, Grande ultimately tweeted, “i’m so tired pls.”
When a fan responded to her thread voicing concern and apologizing for anything other fans did wrong, Grande apologized for sparking worry.
“ur angels in my life. it’s just been a tough month. i’m trying to get my work done and get back to normal and it’s hard and i’m human and tired,” she admitted. “sorry i let u in or worried u. i shouldn’t have tweeted. i kno better.”
Grande has mostly kept out of the public eye since Miller’s passing earlier in September. She was scheduled to perform on the season premiere of “Saturday Night Live,” where fiancé Pete Davidson works, but canceled her appearance for “emotional reasons,” creator Lorne Michaels recently revealed. Kanye West will take Grande’s place.
