Post Malone debuts short haircut: ‘Plz don’t stop listening to my music’
Post Malone‘s got a new look, and he’s afraid his fans won’t like it.
The 23-year-old “Rockstar” rapper, who has become synonymous with face tattoos, near-death experiences and his signature long, frizzy locks, debuted a freshly-shorn look on Instagram on Saturday.
He explained the impetus behind his dramatic haircut in the caption of the post: “Had 2 big ass dreads. plz don’t stop listening to my music.”
Diplo jokingly commented on the image that he was “going to sell all my Post Malone CDs on eBay now.” Meanwhile, Noah Cyrus gave the new ‘do her seal of approval with a simple heart emoji.
While some followers are definitely not feeling Malone’s new look, demanding the return of his man bun and comparing the style to Kramer from “Seinfeld” or Napoleon Dynamite, most were beyond supportive, proclaiming the cut to be “so freakin cute” and praising how “fluffy and soft” his newly-chopped curls look.
