Chris Pratt spent six figures on Katherine Schwarzenegger’s engagement ring

It appears Chris Pratt spared no expense when it came to fiancée Katherine Schwarzenegger‘s engagement ring.

The “Guardians of the Galaxy” star, 39, who announced his engagement to Schwarzenegger, 29, on Monday, selected a sparkler that easily cost six figures.

“Depending on the quality and specific characteristics of the center diamond, we estimate the cost of the ring at approximately $150,000 to $250,000 or more,” Kathryn Money, Brilliant Earth‘s vice president of strategy and merchandising, told Page Six Style.

Money also estimated that the bauble, which features an “elongated cushion-cut or oval-shaped diamond in a delicate solitaire setting,” weighs in at around six or seven carats.

Schwarzenegger’s ring also appears to be on trend by Hollywood standards.

“Fancy cut [non-round] gemstones are becoming increasingly popular, and many celebrities including Karlie Kloss and Lea Michele have opted for this particular trend,” Money explained. “Elongated cushion cut and oval shaped diamonds create a flattering look as their shape lengthens the wearer’s finger.”

Following news of the engagement, bride-to-be Schwarzenegger gushed about her future husband.

“My sweet love. Wouldn’t want to live this life with anyone but you ♥️,” she shared on social media.
