Inside Meghan Markle’s baby shower gift bags

Being friends with a duchess comes with some serious perks.

Meghan Markle, 37, gifted friends who attended her New York City baby shower on Feb. 20 with a bag full of freebies, according to People.

Guests like Serena Williams and Amal Clooney were bestowed with Cuyana leather totes in black and blush ($195) as well as Cuyana’s small leather zipper pouches ($85) and blush organization inserts ($95) packed with some of the expecting royal’s favorite home and beauty products.

The gift bags included items such as a Jo Malone Green Tomato Leaf candle ($67), Susanne Kaufmann Body Butter ($66), and products from Honest Beauty and Rodin as well as her longtime favorite skincare product  — Tatcha “The Rice Polish” Foaming Enzyme Powder ($65).

The shower was held at The Mark Hotel’s 10,000-square-foot, two-floor penthouse, which is said to go for $75,000 per night. The Mark’s chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten created a special menu for the party, and guests enjoyed a flower-arranging class before leaving with all their new swag in tow.
