Kylie Jenner’s first fragrance will be shaped like her lips
Kylie Jenner is finally launching her own fragrance.
The Kylie Cosmetics founder, 21, revealed plans to collaborate with sister Kim Kardashian‘s KKW Fragrance brand on Sunday’s Season 16 premiere of “Keeping Up With the Kardashians.”
In a scene during the episode — which seems to have been filmed last September, judging by Jenner’s pink hair and the various topics addressed in the storyline — the siblings meet to discuss the upcoming scent, which will apparently be housed in a bottle shaped like the billionaire beauty mogul’s own famous lips.
They’re also seen sniffing samples from Givaudan, a well-known Swiss manufacturer with which Kardashian has previously worked.
“What we found online is that this [bottle size] looks obviously better on your counter, and I feel like it’s even cuter for people to take pics like this,” Kardashian explained, holding the smaller bottle over her mouth to demonstrate its selfie potential.
There appears to be three different color choices for the bottle — one red, one pink and one nude — though it’s not clear whether there will be a full trio of scents, as Kardashian has done for past launches.
The two beauty experts haven’t revealed when their collaboration will launch, but it’s been a long time coming. Jenner has often praised Kardashian’s perfumes (including her original namesake eau de parfum from 2010), and said she only wears KKW Fragrance.
The sisters previously teamed up for several successful Kylie Cosmetics collaborations.
