Britney Spears may leave mental health facility soon

Britney Spears is on her way out of the wellness center where she is seeking help for her mental health, a source told Page Six.
“She can be released as early as today, but may be a day or two,” the source said. No further information about whether Spears will continue an out-patient program once she leaves was provided.
On April 3, sources confirmed the 37-year-old pop star checked into a mental health facility to cope with her father’s illness.
“She has recently been showing signs of being under a lot of strain,” our source added, stating that her dad, Jamie Spears, is “the support in her life.”
However, fans theorized that Spears was being held at the mental health facility against her will under the social media campaign #FreeBritney.
On Tuesday, the “Toxic” singer insisted she is doing fine, telling fans on Instagram that “all is well” in a selfie video.
“You may not know this about me, but I am strong, and stand up for what I want!” Spears captioned the video. “Your love and dedication is amazing, but what I need right now is a little bit of privacy to deal with all the hard things that life is throwing my way.”
Over the past week, she has been spotted on two public trips outside the center. A source confirmed she is “allowed outings.”
