Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez take their romance to Broadway

Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez brought their romance to Broadway on Thursday night, taking in a performance of the hot musical “Hadestown.”

The Amazon billionaire and his girlfriend were spotted in prime center-orchestra seats, which Ticketmaster shows run $299 to $399 per ticket.

At the end of the show, Bezos kept his hand on Sanchez’s lower back as they made their way out of the Walter Kerr Theatre. Security surrounded the couple as they were led outside.

We’re told Bezos, 55, and Sanchez, 49, were invited to meet the cast backstage but declined.

Prior to the show, they were spotted “having a candlelit dinner” at Japanese restaurant O Ya in Kips Bay.

“Hadestown,” the 2019 Tony Award winner for Best Musical, retells the tragic love stories of Orpheus and Euridyce and the Greek gods Hades and Persephone. Bezos and Sanchez were involved in some real-life romantic drama of their own when news of their relationship — complete with racy text messages— broke in January. The two are officially divorced from their spouses, making this love story less tragic than the one on stage.
