Joe Giudice to remain locked up as deportation case moves forward

Convicted fraudster Joe Giudice will remain locked up while his deportation case moves forward, a report said Friday.
The former “Real Housewives of New Jersey” star’s petition to be released while he fights his deportation case was denied by a judge recently, TMZ reported.
Giuidice was taken into custody by ICE after serving a 41-month sentence for conspiracy and fraud charges.
He’ll be allowed to appeal the no-bond decision in the next 30 days, Radar reported.
“Joe is anxious and he desperately wants to come home,” a source familiar with the case told Page Six on Sept. 10.
His lawyer, James Leonard, added that he was “hopeful that the Court will grant him bond.”
