Juicy Joe is going back to Italy.

Teresa Giudice‘s husband, Joe Giudice, was granted permission to return to his native country as he awaits a final decision in his deportation case, per court documents obtained by E! News.

On Sept. 24, Joe, 47, filed a request to have the US Immigration and Customs Enforcement release him from custody and send him to Italy. Two judges signed off on the request on Wednesday.

Per the request, the family’s attorney, James J. Leonard Jr., previously said, Joe “wishes to be released so that [he] can begin working and contributing financially to his wife and four young children.”

It is unknown when exactly Joe will go abroad. His rep did not immediately return Page Six’s requests for comment.

Teresa, 47, who has been married to Joe for 20 years, has not issued a statement. The two are parents to Gia, 18, Gabriella, 15, Milania, 14, and Audriana, 10.

However, last month, the “Real Housewives of New Jersey” star admitted her family was going through “a sad time.”

“It’s a sad time with my husband and everything so we’re going to try and work it out as best we can,” she said (via Us Weekly). “The most important thing is our four daughters, so I’m hoping Joe is able to stay in the United States.”

Giuidice was taken into custody by ICE after serving a 41-month sentence for conspiracy and fraud charges.
