Joe Giudice flying back to Italy ahead of deportation case ruling

Teresa Giudice‘s husband, Joe Giudice, will be flying back to Italy to await a final decision in his deportation case.

The family’s attorney, James J. Leonard Jr., confirmed to Page Six that Joe will be heading back to his native country Friday night — Oct. 11 — after two judges signed off on his request to have the US Immigration and Customs Enforcement release him from custody.
Joe, 47, was taken into custody by ICE after serving a 41-month sentence for fraud.

Teresa, who has been married to Joe for 20 years, has not issued a statement. The “Real Housewives of New Jersey” star, 47, shares children Gia, 18, Gabriella, 15, Milania, 14, and Audriana, 10, with Joe.
